1. Introduction

Welcome to Netfix AI. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Netfix AI (“Netfix AI”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Netfix AI platform, website, mobile applications, products, and services available through www.web.netfixai.us (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, downloading, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, AML/KYC Policy, and any additional policies published by Netfix AI from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use Netfix AI Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years old;
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• You are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any sanctioned or prohibited jurisdiction;
• You are not listed on any sanctions list maintained by governmental or regulatory authorities;
• Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain Services, you must create and maintain an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Immediately notify Netfix AI of any unauthorized account activity;
• Be solely responsible for all actions conducted through your account.

4. Services

4.1 AI Smart Trading

Users may access AI-assisted trading tools, market analytics, automated trading strategies, and portfolio management features. All trading decisions remain the sole responsibility of the User. Netfix AI does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

4.2 NET Coin Mining

Users may participate in NET Coin mining activities through approved mechanisms provided by Netfix AI. Mining rewards are not guaranteed and may vary based on platform rules, network conditions, and participation levels.

4.3 Multi-Chain Wallet

Netfix AI may provide custodial or non-custodial wallet functionality supporting selected blockchain networks and digital assets. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their wallet credentials, private keys, recovery phrases, and authentication methods.

4.4 Staking Services

Eligible users may stake supported digital assets through Netfix AI. Staking rewards are variable and are not guaranteed. Netfix AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate staking programs at any time.

5. Risk Disclosure

Digital assets involve substantial risk. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile;
• Past performance does not guarantee future results;
• AI-generated trading signals may be inaccurate;
• Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible;
• You may lose part or all of your investment.

6. Fees

Netfix AI may charge fees for trading services, withdrawals, deposits, staking services, premium subscriptions, and other platform services. Applicable fees will be disclosed on the platform before execution of any transaction.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not engage in money laundering or terrorist financing, use stolen funds or assets, conduct fraudulent activities, manipulate markets, circumvent security controls, violate intellectual property rights, or use the platform for illegal purposes. Netfix AI may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

8. AML and KYC Compliance

Netfix AI complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Users may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, source-of-funds documentation, and additional compliance information. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and technology associated with Netfix AI remain the exclusive property of Netfix AI or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netfix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the Services, trading losses, wallet losses, staking losses, system interruptions, third-party service failures, or blockchain network failures. Netfix AI's total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the User to Netfix AI during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Netfix AI may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if required by law, the User violates this Agreement, fraudulent activity is suspected, or security concerns arise. Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to completion of outstanding obligations.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore conducted in English.

13. Amendments

Netfix AI may modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be published at www.web.netfixai.us. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
